11月17日，69岁周润发出现在香港马拉松比赛现场，他戴着墨镜，剪了寸头，满头白发，身着一身黑色运动服。他一出现就让人梦回《上海滩》，很多民众和参赛者变身小粉丝，纷纷和他合影！
这次10公里赛程，发哥用时1小时17分抵达终点，对于本次跑步的成绩，他表示还很满意。
